Practice schedule in the pre-season is 2 days/ week at the Kelly Elementary School Gym. During the regular training season, we practice 4 days/week at Snow King Arena. Skaters are required to make it to 50% of the practices. We also train with Mountain Athlete two mornings a week during our pre-season training.
August and September are OFF-SEASON for the Juggs. Recruitment begins in October!

- Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm
- Friday 6:30-8:30pm
- Sundays 9-11am
- ALL practices take place at Snow King with a few exceptions. Be sure to check with the schedule on RDNation or with the training committee if you’re unsure.
- Training at Mountain Athlete takes place from 7-8am or 5:30-6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday (optional 3 month commitment)

Be sure to bring quad skates (no roller blades), helmet, mouth guard, and knee, elbow and wrist pads. If you don’t have all of those things, contact us on Facebook and we will do our best to find you a loaner set.
